Eligibility Criteria
- Aged between 16 and 21
- Demonstrated athletic ability or potential
- Unable to afford costs independently
- Commitment to training programme
How the Application Works
- 1Apply with details of your sport, current level and specific funding needs
- 2Provide a supporting letter from your coach, club, or school
- 3Our panel assesses athletic potential, financial need and commitment
- 4Successful applicants receive funding within 4–6 weeks of approval

Which sports are eligible for funding?
All recognised competitive sports are eligible, from football and athletics to martial arts, swimming, and dance.
Do I need to compete at national level?
No. We support athletes at all levels, from grassroots and local clubs right through to national competition.
Can the grant cover travel to international competitions?
International travel may be considered on a case-by-case basis for athletes competing at a high level.
Does my club need to be officially registered?
Your club should be affiliated with a recognised governing body, but independent athletes with coach support are also eligible.
